We have been appointed as the "Master Distributor" (see "What’s New" for details) for Corning Tropel metrology instruments. Tropel offers high speed, high accuracy (Typically sub-micron) laser interferometer based measuring instruments for surface form measurement. As the metrology industry, and the manufacturing world that drives it, tends more toward "Non-Contact" measurement techniques, we are very pleased to announce the addition of the Mitutoyo line of vision based measuring machines. After much searching, and thorough evaluation, we now offer what is arguable the highest accuracy, most robust vision based dimensional metrology systems available anywhere!
A recent addition to our outstanding line of offerings, is the Leica line of non-contact laser tracking coordinate measuring systems. These systems are fast (up to 1000 points per second) easy to use and can measure in a volume of up to a 70 meter diameter with a single setup!
We are also very pleased to have added EMD (Electronic Measuring Devices Inc) to the list of outstanding metrology products available through LDB Enterprises! EMD offers "gage lab" quality CMMs (Volumetric accuracies of 2 microns) at half the anticipated cost. They are able to offer retrofits of existing CMMs as well as full up-grades.
